  • 1  large beefsteak tomato, seeded and chopped (about 1 ⅓ cups)
  • 1  medium-sized jalapeño chile, thinly sliced (optional)
  • ⅔ cup sour cream
  • ⅓ cup chopped cilantro
  • 3  scallions, chopped (about ⅓ cup)
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
