Ground Beef - Vegan
Ingredients
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tblsp 'Better than Bullion - No Beef Baste'
  • 1 tblsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tblsp dehydrated onion
  • 1 tblsp garlic powder
  •  
  • 2 cups cooked, cooled Brown Rice
  • 2 cups cooked, cooled Quinoa
  • 2 cups cooked, cooled Black Beans
  •  
  • ¼ cup olive oil
Steps
  1. Mix water + Bullion + Soy Sauce + onion + garlic
  2. ADD liquid mix to rice & beans + olive oil & mix thoroughly
  3. In food processor BLEND Brown Rice + Quinoa + Black Beans
  4. Add bean mix to frying pan & continue to flip until mix resembles ground beef
  5. 'Beef Crumble' designed to be added to meals at end of cooking process & not cooked in sauce
