Lemon & Lavender Pavlova Dessert

  • 2 cups Water
  • ½ cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 ½ tbsp Corn Starch
  • ¼ cup Lemon Juice (about 2 to 3 lemons)
  • 2 Large Egg Yolks
  • Pinch of salt
  • Zest of 1 lemons (finely grated)
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  •  
  • Whipped Cream Filling
  • 1 pint of Heavy Cream
  • 3 tbsp Lavender Sugar
  •  
  • Garnish
  • Fresh Lavender Sprigs or Buds
