Buttery Sautéed Mushrooms with Fresh Herbs

  • 3 garlic cloves, gently smashed
  • 2 thyme sprigs
  • 1 rosemary sprig
  • 3 tablespoon (1 ½ ounces) dry white wine
  • 1 tablespoon coconut aminos or soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Black pepper, to taste
