  • 1 Red bell pepper (thinly sliced)
  • 1 Green bell pepper (thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup Carrots (julienned)
  • 2 Green onion stalks (thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup Basil leaves (chopped)

  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Lime juice
  • 1 tbsp Fish sauce
  • Chopped green onions and lime wedges (optional garnishes)
