Ingredients
  • Lately I've been throwing about ½ cup of split red lentils into some preheating water (to about the #2 line In the inner pot), then pressure cooking for 3 minutes, letting it rest for a few minutes, then adding various things like leftover/ precooked sweet potatoes, frozen veggies (mostly kale, as I freeze it before it goes bad), fresh bell peppers, whatever, along with some Aminos, dried herbs and ground spices, nutritional yeast, maybe some hot sauce... I just allow it to heat through and it's done. This is my new single serving ETL fast food solution.
