Ingredients
  • 8 oz ( 225 g) firm tofu
  • ½ cup ( 120 g) dairy-free yogurt unsweetened (*see notes)
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp onion powder or use ¼ tsp each of onion powder and garlic powder
  • 1 ½ tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp nutritional yeast (optional)
  • Black pepper to taste (optional)
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives to garnish
