  • ⅓ cup nondairy milk
  • ⅓ cup brewed coffee (pour over, pressed, instant, or cold brew), room temperature
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)

  • ⅓ cup chopped fruit
  • 2 tablespoons chopped nuts

  • Add the oats, chia seeds, milk, coffee, vanilla extract, and maple syrup to a small jar or bowl with a tight-fitting lid. Add fruit and nuts as desired. Mix to combine. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or up to 3 days. Mix again before serving.
