  • 12 to 20 pickled jalapenos, sliced
  • ½ cup Mexican cheese blend, shredded (cheddar, monterey)
  • ¾ cup crunchy corn tortilla strips
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • ¼ cup roasted red pepper sauce (or favorite dressing)
  • ¼ cup cilantro-jalapeno crema (or favorite dressing)
