Ingredients
  • 2 cucumbers or 4 small baby cucumbers sliced thin
  • 2 tbs rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbs sesame oil
  • 1 tbs soy sauce
  • 1 tbs granular sugar substitute (I used Swerve)
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • I like to top w crushed peanuts
