Ingredients
  • 2 slices Canadian bacon (48 g)
  • 2 extra lg eggs (112 g)
  • 2 Tbsp butter, melted (28 g)
  • 2 Tbsp chopped chives (6 g)
  • 4 Tbsp shredded cheddar (28 g)
  • 2 dashes salt (0.8 g)
Steps
  1. 1. Heat Canadian bacon in a non- stick pan until slightly browned and warmed through. Set aside.
  2. 2.  Chip bacon and chives, then mix with shredded cheese and salt.
  3. 3.  Melt butter in mug.  Add eggs and mix until combined.
  4. 4.  Add bacon/cheese mixture to eggs and stir to combine.
  5. 5.  Microwave on high for 65 sec.  Add time, if necessary, until eggs are no longer runny
  6. 6.  Eat out of mug
Notes
  • Sub onion powder and dried parsley for chives.Proportions were too bacon heavy, used about half the bacon and half the cheese.
