Paprikash
Ingredients
  • 2 large onions, julienned
  • 10 chicken thighs
  • 3 cups broth
  • ~¼ cup of paprika (I used half sweet and half smoked)
  • Sour cream
Steps
  1. Salt and pepper to taste
  2. Cooked on low for 8 hours
  3. Sour cream “until it looks right” (maybe 12 oz) added just before serving
  4. Serve over rice
