Ingredients
  • 2 cup sugar
  • ⅔ cup white corn syrup
  • ⅓ cup water
  • 4 to 5 drops cinnamon (or any flavor) extract oil
  • Food coloring if desired
Steps
  1. Combine sugar, syrup & water.  Bring to a boil & cook to hard crack stage.
  2. Cool slightly, add the oil.  May also add food coloring if desired.
  3. Pour into battered molds or on buttered cookie sheets.
  4. Molds and food coloring may be varied for different flavors according to the holiday season.
