  • 3 tablespoons salt
  • 3 tablespoons spice mix
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 8 ounces peeled and deveined shrimp
  • White rice, for serving
