- Susannah Hardy Just a regular cheese scone recipe...250g plain flour, 1 tsp cream of tartar and half tsp of bicarbonate of soda. Whizzed in processor with 30g butter. Add grated cheese and mix to a dough with 50ml natural yogurt and 50 ml milk ..add this slowly to form soft but not sticky dough. Cook on tray on bottom rack at 200 degrees..15 mins approx. X
