Bread pudding! Rum sauce-
Ingredients

  • Into a saucepan combine 3tbsp salted butter, ½ cup milk, ½ can of sweetened condensed milk & ¼ cup of dark rum. Cook on low until small bubbles form around pot. Stir frequently. Then whisk in a cornstarch slurry (2tsp cornstarch/2 tsp water) Let it come up to a boil, the sauce will thicken! Cut the heat. It is best served warm!
