Single Serving Gluten-Free Banana Bread
Ingredients
  • 1 egg (I haven’t tried flax egg)
  • 1 small banana
  • 3 tablespoons almond flour (or use oat flour)
  • 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
  • Splash of vanilla extract
