Ingredients

  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon red-wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 (3-ounce)  ciabatta rolls, split horizontally
  • 2 cups loosely packed baby  arugula
  • ½ cup thinly sliced  red onion
  • 8 (1-ounce) slices fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 1 medium tomato, cored and cut into 8 (¼-inch) slices
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
