<Simmered Mushrooms with Pickled Plum Sauce>
Ingredients
  • 150g shimeji mushrooms, separated
  • 100g enoki mushrooms, separated
  • 100g oyster mushroom, sliced
  • 6 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
  • ☆Total amount should be approximately 4 cups of sliced mushrooms.
