Garlic Corn Rolls
Ingredients
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup corn
  • 200 grams water
  • 2 tsp dry yeast
  • 30 grams olive oil
  • 500 grams bakers flour
  • salt and peper to taste
Steps
  1. Pre heat oven to 220
  2. Place garlic and ¾ of the corn into TM bowl and chop for 10 seconds on speed 7.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix for 6 seconds speed 6. If dough looks to sticky you may need to add a bit more flour.
  4. Knead for 2 minutes
  5. Roll dough into golf ball sized balls
  6. Try leaving to rise for half an hour or so
  7. Cook for 15 to 20 mins or until golden brown.
