Garlic Corn Rolls

Ingredients
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 cup corn
- 200 grams water
- 2 tsp dry yeast
- 30 grams olive oil
- 500 grams bakers flour
- salt and peper to taste
Steps
- Pre heat oven to 220
- Place garlic and ¾ of the corn into TM bowl and chop for 10 seconds on speed 7.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix for 6 seconds speed 6. If dough looks to sticky you may need to add a bit more flour.
- Knead for 2 minutes
- Roll dough into golf ball sized balls
- Try leaving to rise for half an hour or so
- Cook for 15 to 20 mins or until golden brown.
