Ingredients
  • 680g Brussel sprouts (24oz)
  • 2 tbsp avocado or coconut oil
  • 30g grated parmesan cheese (¼ cup)
  • 30 g sliced crushed almonds (¼ cup)
  • 2 tbsp everything but the bagel seasoning (it can be replaced with sea salt to taste, 1 tbsp black sesame seeds, 1 tbsp regular sesame seeds, 1 tsp garlic powder, and 1 tsp onion powder)
  • Sea salt to taste
