Ingredients
  • ½ c. cottage cheese (cream-style)
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • ¼ tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • milk
  • ground nutmeg
  • hot water
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 325° F.
  2. Grease 4 to 5 5 to 6 oz. custard cups.
  3. Put cottage cheese, honey, vanilla, & eggs into 2-c. measuring cup; then add enough milk to reach 2-c. mark.
  4. Pour into blender container & blend till smooth.
  5. Pour into custard cups.
  6. Set cups into shallow baking pan on oven rack; then fill pan with hot water to 1-in. depth.
  7. Sprinkle each cup with nutmeg.
  8. Bake till set (45 to 50 mins.).
  9. Chill before serving.
