  • Choux Pastry
  • ½ cup ( 8 Tbsp; 113g) unsalted butter, cut into 8 pieces
  • ½ cup (120ml) water
  • ½ cup (120ml) 2% or whole milk
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 1 cup ( 125g) all-purpose flour ( spooned & leveled)
  • 4 large eggs, beaten
  • egg wash: 1 egg beaten with 1 Tablespoon milk or water
