  • 1 ½ teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • ½ tsp EACH dried thyme, salt, pepper
  • 1 whole bay leaf

  • 3 cups whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh basil or 1 tablespoon dried
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
