⅓ cup brown sugar (packed)

1 tbsp cinnamon powder

¼ cup butter (softened)

2 tbsp cream cheese (softened)

1 tbsp butter (softened)

¼ cup powdered sugar (sifted, add more if preferred)

1 tbsp milk (add more as needed)
