  • 1.5 lbs brown mushrooms sliced
  • 1 tsp avocado oil
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1 large garlic clove minced
  • ½ cup chicken broth low sodium**
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • ¼ cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 3 tbsp parsley finely chopped
