  • 1 teaspoon maca powder
  • 1 teaspoon camu camu powder
  • ½ teaspoon ashwagandha
  • 1 ½ cups filtered cold water
  • Optional: 3 or 4 organic pitted dates
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon vanilla
