Easy Green Peas with Mint
Ingredients
  • 1 small onion or 2 to 3 green onions
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons vegetable oil or butter
  • 1 pound frozen or fresh green peas
  • ½ teaspoon dried mint or 1 to 2 teaspoons of fresh chopped mint
  • ½ teaspoon salt or to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • ½ cup water or enough to barely cover the peas
  • Optional: lemon juice when you serve them.
