  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 ½ tsp salt

  • 4 chicken leg quarters (alternately, you can use drumsticks, bone-in thighs or whole chicken)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • oil for basting
