  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 or 2-½ cups frozen wontons (like the ones sold at Costco or Trader Joe's)**
  • 1-½ cups frozen peas
  • 2 cups (or more) baby spinach, packed
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro (or more), chopped
  • roughly chopped cashews, to garnish each bowl
