In one stand mixer add room temperature butter and sugars and cream together. When they’re well creamed, stream in your eggs until just combined. Add in your dry ingredients and mix. Finally, add in your chocolate chips.
In the second stand mixer, add all ingredients except for chocolate chips and mix until combined. Add in your chocolate chips at the end to prevent them from breaking.
Shape cookies and bake at 350 for 13 minutes.
