  • 1 cup of greens
  • half a bag fresh bean shoots
  • crumbled peanuts - or cashews/almonds if you don’t include peanuts in your keto.
  • 1 bag Konjac noodles or zoodles
  • Coconut oil
  • ½ a lime
  • subheading: Sauce:
  • 3tablspn low sugar tomato sauce
  • 3tablspn soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 6 drops of stevia sweetener
  • teaspoon of crushed dried chilli (to taste preference)
  • 2 tablspns fish sauce
