  • ½ tsp coriander (dry, ground)
  • ½ tsp turmeric, ground
  • ½ to 1 tbsp hot red pepper flakes (or paprika)
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt to taste
