Pie Crust
Crust for pie. Filling not included.

Servings: If making just the crust, 1 person. If making pie, 1 person

Ingredients
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ⅔ cup shortening or butter
  • ½ cup to ¾ cup water
Steps
  1. In large bowl, combine flour salt.
  2. Cut I shortening or butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Stir in water until mixture forms a ball. Don't want it too sticky so start with ½ cup.
  4. Divide dough and wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
