Ingredients
  • ¼ pound of deli sliced pepperoni.
  • Box of 2 phyllo dough.
  • 8 slices provolone.
  • 1 pack of fresh mozzarella slices.
  • Olive oil.
  • Mushrooms (small can or about 5 to 6 sliced.
  • Sliced black olives.
  • Minced garlic.
  • Italian seasoning.
  • Salt & pepper.
  • Small jar of pizza sauce for dipping.
  • Parmesan cheese & parsley for garnish (optional).
  • Thaw Phyllo.
  • Take each section and lay out flat on a sprayed sheet of parchment paper on a cookie sheet.
  • Lay 4 slices provolone going from end to end.
