Pressure Cooker Mom's Sunday Pot Roast and Veggies

Ingredients
  • 2.5 to 5 pounds Chuck roast, extra fat removed, connective tissue removed, cut across the grain in 2" slices, patted dry with paper towel
  • 1 Tablespoon Season All or spices of your choice
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1 ¾ cup water or beef broth
  • 2 teaspoons beef bouillon (omit if using beef broth)
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 medium onion, sliced thick
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 pounds potatoes, peeled, 1" cubes
  • 1 to 2 cups baby carrots, or cut in 2" lengths
  • 3 Tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 3 Tablespoons softened, unsalted butter
