The Best Skinny Rotisserie Chicken Salad
Ingredients
  • 4 cups diced or shredded cooked chicken breasts from a store-bought cooked rotisserie chicken.(skin removed),
  • 3 large hard-boiled eggs, grated
  • ½ cup carrots, diced small
  • ⅓ cup celery, diced small
  • ⅓ cup onions, sweet variety, minced
  • ½ cup Best Foods/Hellman’s light mayonnaise
  • A little salt and   lemon pepper or black pepper, to taste
