300 g brussels sprout (about 2 cups of thinly sliced brussels sprout)

1 purple onion

1 pomegranate

¼ cup of pine nuts, lightly toasted

1 orange, juice+zest

1 lime, juice

1 tbsp maple syrup

2 tbsp tahini

1 tbsp olive oil

salt, pepper
