Beefburger Stroganoff from Kevin B.
Ingredients
  • 1 ½ lbs lean ground beef
  • 3 slices bacon, diced
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 T flour
  • ¼ t paprika
  • 1 t salt
  • 1 (10 ¾ oz) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 T dry red wine
  • 1 C sour cream
  • 6 to 8 hamburger buns, toasted

Steps
  1. In large skillet or slow cooking pot with browning unit, brown beef and bacon until red color disappears. Drain.
  2. In slow cooking pot, mix together drain beef, bacon, flour, paprika and salt.
  3. Stir in in diluted soup and wine. Cover pot and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours.
  4. Stir in sour cream. Spoon mixture over toasted buns.
  5. For an easy cooked meal serve with fresh vegetable relishes and potato chips. Serves 6 to 8.
