Easy Pumpkin Chia Mousse
Ingredients
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk*
  • ¾ cup canned pumpkin or homemade pumpkin puree
  • ⅓ cup chia seeds
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup*
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ¾ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ⅛ teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 full graham cracker sheets, I used Annie’s
  • whipped topping or Greek yogurt, for serving
