Curry Couscous Chickpea Salad
Ingredients

  • ½ cup slivered almonds
  • ¼ cup raisins*

  • ¼ cup avocado oil , or sub olive oil
  • Juice of 1 small lime 2 tablespoons
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder or sub 1 fresh crushed garlic clove
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper optional
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
