  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup pitted kalamata olives
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, coarsely chopped
  • ⅓ cup fresh oregano, extra
  • 150g Greek feta, diced
  • Lemon wedges, to serve
