Indonesian Fried Rice (Nasi Goreng)
Ingredients
  • 2 cups long grain, jasmine or basmati rice
  • 2 Tbsp oil (vegetable oil / peanut oil)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 tsp shrimp paste
  • 400g boneless chicken, cut into thin strips (I used chicken breast)
  • 1 cup chopped carrot
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 2 Tbsp kecap manis
  • Spring onions, to garnish
