Shirataki Ramen with Butternut Squash
Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 red onion finely chopped
  • 4 whole cloves
  • 1 butternut squash peeled and cubed
  • 4 cups vegetable broth or water
  • ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon red chili flakes
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
  • sea salt or pink salt to taste
  • 1 package noodles of choice pre-preprared according to package instrutions (7 to 10 oz)
