  • 150 grams wholemeal plain flour
  • 100 grams coconut oil
  • 70 grams coconut sugar
  • 60 grams walnuts (or sunflower seeds if nut free)
  • 1 x egg
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon/2 teaspoons coconut sugar to top
