  • 1 1-inch-wide strip lemon zest
  • 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
  • Pinch ground allspice
  • 2 Tbs. dried sweetened cranberries
  • 2 Tbs. coarsely chopped roasted unsalted pistachios
