Eye of Round Rotisserie Roast On The Emeril Power AirFryer 360 XL
This method of roasting a relatively tough eye of round starts out with a very high temperature and then goes down to low & slow.

Ingredients
  • 3 lb eye of round roast (trimmed)
  • 2 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp granulated garlic
  • 1 tsp granulated onion
  • Vegetable oil spray
Steps
  1. Preheat the air fryer oven to 450° on the Rotisserie setting.
  2. In a small bowl mix the salt, pepper, garlic, and onion.
  3. Pat the roast dry with paper towel and then rub all over with spice mix.
  4. Place the roast on the rotisserie spit and load it into the air fryer. set the timer for 25 minutes (about 8 minutes per lb.)
  5. After the 25 minutes start the air fryer back up at 200° and turn the fan off for 2 hours.
  6. Let it rest for 15 or 20 minutes.
Notes
  • You can serve this for a meat course or if you have a meat slicer, let it chill in the fridge and slice it thin for roast beef sandwiches.
