Keto (low carb) lasagna made in the instant pot!
Ingredients
  • 1.34lbs of ground beef thawed
  • ¾ of a medium diced sweet onion
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic
  • 1 tsp of Italian season
  • 1 tsp of garlic salt
  • 1 c Marinara Sauce
  • 1 cup of ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup of Parmesan cheese
Steps
  1. Sauté on high until meat is cooked
  2. Take off sauté
  3. Add 1 cup of marinara sauce
  4. Remove half of meat and add to a bowl
  5. In a separate bowl add
  6. 1 cup of ricotta cheese
  7. 1 egg
  8. 1 cup of shredded mozzarella
  9. ½ cup of Parmesan cheese
  10. Mix
  11. Add half of the cheese mix on the first half of meat
  12. Then add remainder of meat sauce on top of that
  13. Cook on pressure high for 7 minutes
  14. Quick release
  15. Add rest of cheese and then sprinkle more Parmesan cheese on top
  16. Add a dash of pepper
  17. Add a dash of salt
  18. Cover for a few min to let cheese melt
  19. Serve
