Air Fryer Artichokes with Feta Yogurt Dip

  • 1 garlic clove, grated or minced
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh mint (or 1 teaspoon dried mint)
  • ¼ teaspoon fine salt, plus more to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
