Coconut Flour Chaffles

Servings: 2

Servings: 2
Ingredients
  • 1 Tablespoon Coconut Flour
  •
  • 1 Tablespoon Water
  •
  • 1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
  •
  • ⅛ teaspoon Baking Powder
  •
  • 1 egg
  •
  • ⅛ teaspoon Himilayan pink salt
  •
  • ⅛ teaspoon onion powder (optional)
  •
  • ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  •
  • 1 or 2 drops of Sweetleaf liquid stevia (optional)
Steps
  1. Mix the ingredients together will with a whisk. Allow batter to sit for about a minute to thicken (I plug in my Dash to heat up during that time) and then stir again.
  2. Pour half the batter into the heated Dash and it only takes about 2 ½ to 3 minutes to cook until golden brown - these take less time than almond flour ones (bonus when making lots for the week).
  3. I quadrupled the recipe to make 8 for the next few days.
  4. I like these way better than the almond flour ones for a burger and sandwich bread substitute.
